Measuring at least 30 inches from paw to shoulder, these adorable dogs are often called “the world’s largest lapdogs” because they often don’t realize just how big they really are. Yes, this breed of dog is so large that a Great Dane, known as Zeus, holds the world record for the tallest dog at around 44 inches from paw to shoulder.
Despite their size, they often act much smaller than they actually are, leading people to think they simply have no idea how big they are. You can find them playing with a life-size basketball or snuggling up on the couch like cute little Chihuahuas.
