And it is that a video was recently published that surprised several TikTok users, according to La República. It’s about a young woman, called @Gin133, who recorded the exact moment her cat picked up a mouse lurking around her house and brought it to her plate of food.
The cat carefully grabbed the frightened-looking rodent and picked it up, then set it down next to its food bowl. The mouse stayed there while the cat started eating its kibble.
For users, it was very curious because the attitude of the cat was the closest thing to that of an animal that gave another the opportunity to live and did not want to eat it.
In any case, although it would seem that it is not such a common behavior between cats and mice, it must be remembered that cats often tend to carry things or living beings to show them to their owners like whether it was “prizes” or “gifts”.
This case was a bit different, as the cat pushed the mouse aside as if to share its food with it.
