Tiny puppies were running all over the road, where many vehicles pass. Not only private car drivers, but also bus drivers passed them with complete indifference. It is undoubtedly difficult for all animal lovers to imagine that the sight of little ones exposed to such great danger did not make the slightest impression on them.
