Dogs are living beings that deserve proper attention and care from their owners because they also suffer in different ways when they go through a tough time for one reason or another. This means that their caregivers must be attentive to the needs of furry people in order to provide them with the best possible quality of life.
In stressful and anxious situations, a dog may act desperately, not necessarily wanting to do any harm, but simply trying to soothe his anxiety one way or another and eventually munching on everything in his path. This is why many dogs develop this destructive behavior in their homes, in order to calm their cravings.
The case of a dog in the town of Kelty, Fife, Scotland has recently become known, where neighbors were surprised by what this dog did. And that’s it, no one expected the dog to eat part of the door of his house and even manage to poke his head out of the big hole, to continue chewing the pieces of wood.
We can see that the dog started to devour the mailbox door, where they were supposed to leave the mail. However, in this place there is now a huge hole through which the hairy body could enter, which is already quite large.
According to LadBible, it is not known who would own the house and the dog, so they do not know what happened after this episode which surprised the inhabitants of this city, who quickly recorded the scene and shared it on social networks.
One thing that some of the locals who witnessed the scene agreed on is that the dog was very anxious and wanted to leave the house, as he surely did not know how to tolerate loneliness and he was desperate to be in these conditions.
“Dogs do this because they are anxious. My German Shepherd broke two doors when my daughter was born. I had to take it with me every time I went out with my daughter. The dog trainer told me that he wanted to protect the girl”, says a user.
Others criticized those who laughed, because in the end it would be a behavior of the dog driven by stress and anxiety.
