Many people share their life with a cat, a very popular pet, considered independent and requiring less time due to its particular personality. For singles, it seems that there is no better company than a cat, which is how this idea of apartments in Japan for singles with cats was born.
A real estate agency called Wada Kosan realized cat parents’ need for spaces suitable for their felines and teamed up with Felissimo, Japan’s leading designer of cat-themed lifestyle products, and created the ideal apartment for all cat lovers.

The result of this feline project is the apartment building in Japan Waco Le Viano Tarumi Shirogyama Neko no Ie, the final phrase “Neko no Ie” translates to: “house for cats”, indicating that these spaces were built with the needs of these cats in mind.

The space of the apartments has been tailor-made for a single guest and one or more cats, they have a bedroom that serves as a living room, bathroom, shower and kitchen; everything needed to make the space livable and welcoming.

The main design is to make life particularly pleasant for small cats, with spaces created with shelves on the walls for them to climb and play in quieter spaces near the ceiling.

In this set of apartments, they have thought of everything and the importance of security. The place has some kind of sliding glass door located between the front door and the rest of the house to prevent the cat from accidentally escaping through the front door and getting lost.

The kitchen also has a small window so you can monitor and control your cat’s access to the place, or to have your feline company while preparing food.

The bathroom has a space designed to include the feline litter box. It has a compartment for storing litter under the floor, and the cat will have access to the litter box, since the bathroom has a small door so that the cat can enter even if the front door is closed.

The floors were also designed with the feline in mind, explains soranews 24 that these floors are softer than normal in order to prevent scratches. The windows also have kitten-claw resistant mesh.

Under the stairs, cats find a small hiding place where they can feel safe, so when you have visitors, if the kitten does not like the company, it can enjoy this small space in solitude.

The whole building was designed in the same theme, including its exterior which features figures of adorable cats and uses colors resembling the changing fur of a calico cat (it is a domestic cat with a characteristic coloring, its white fur showing orange-brown and black spots).

There is no doubt that the place would make any cat lover and their feline very happy.
