โ€œBouncerโ€ was caught in an illegal trap in a national park in Thailand when he was 4 months old. Unfortunately, he was rescued by the Wildlife Friends Foundation of Thailand (WFFT), who decided his legs needed to be amputated to save his life.

โ€œThe bouncer, who lost an arm at such a young age and also lost his mother, was determined to be unable to survive on his own and could not be returned to the wild,โ€ WFFT reporter Paul Healey said. in an interview. โ€œBut thanks to the hard work of Wildlife Foundation staff to rehabilitate Bouncer, he went from a scared cub to the confident bear he is today.โ€

Bouncer is now 19 years old and living a wonderful life in the sanctuary, even though he cannot return to the wild. He spends his days exploring and relaxing, and even having three legs doesn’t bother him.

โ€œJust because a bouncer has lost a limb doesnโ€™t mean they canโ€™t do anything,โ€ the officer said. โ€œBouncers have always been avid climbers and can scale any structure in their habitat, including gazebos.โ€

Every afternoon, Bouncer climbs into his favorite hammock and relaxes with a slice of watermelon. Then spend the day relaxing on the swings for a few hours. This seems to be his favorite time of the day, and the staff loves watching the bouncer having fun this way.

Bouncer had a rough start in life, but thanks to a quick rescue, he now leads a comfortable life. It’s an ironic life where he was hurt by humans but brought back to life by humans, but right now, Bouncer is happy.
