Andrey Scherbak a Russian artist from the city of Rostov-on-Don who, no doubt, is a great cats lover. Knowing that the man already has two cats and a dog.
This artist retouched photos of cats using Photoshop, making them giant cats roaming the streets of the city.
Imagine how wonderful it would be to stroke a 3 meters tall cat, fluffy and friendly.
Well, we do not have to imagine it anymore. Russian artist Andrey Scherbak has uploaded nearly 150 photos of giant cats, which are close to being real.
In an interview with Bored Panda, the artist stated that he thought about the project rather spontaneously by browsing through a photo album and looking at a photo he had taken in a forest. “I liked it, so I took another picture with the intention of placing a cat,” said Andrey.
“I decided to create an Instagram account containing only photos of cats and me because it’s not very different from the reality I live in. I live a rather isolated life.” Even though the artist owns two cats, he says that cats in his modifications are taken from Google – his own cats can never stand still.
Here are the pictures of 30 giant cats from the Andrey Scherbak Gallery.
