Brodie is a dog who is surrounded by a lot of love despite the fact that his debut was quite complicated due to his mother attacking him when he was only 13 days old, disfiguring his face and leaving him partially blind. It should be noted that although his appearance is not the same as others, he is still good looking and he is well on the way to becoming the best therapy dog.
This dog is currently 1 year old and is quite a Picasso masterpiece. Brodie easily melts everyone’s hearts with her lovable personality.
He is a mix of German Shepherd and Border Collie breeds, and was adopted by Amanda Richter and her boyfriend Brad Ames, who made him feel loved since they first became part of their family.
Brodie has found a home and will be a therapy dog
After the attack on his mother, the dog found a family, but was later referred to the MacDonald Kennels rescue organization in Alberta, Canada, claiming he was too hyperactive.
Fortunately, he is now meeting the right people, who have come to love him in every way. The couple learned of Brodie’s story through an online post and didn’t hesitate to go to the shelter immediately.
He’s definitely hyperactive, but he’s very smart. His brain is perfectly fine and he learns tricks in 10 minutes, which usually tells me he’s a smart kid.
Brodie has over 582,000 followers on Instagram, where updates about her life are constantly shared. In one of the photos posted you can see that he was just a puppy and is too adorable.
According to Bored Panda, Amanda said:
We hope to someday train him to be a therapy dog so that he can help other people with disabilities.
Obviously, what Brodie needed was patience and willpower. Now he is trained to help others and has proven to be very intelligent and diligent.
The story of this little dog has inspired many people to adopt and give love to animals in need, especially those who have special conditions and are often rejected.
