McCheeks is an adorable cat of about 2 years old who was rescued from the streets by the Best Friends Animal Society of Los Angeles. This little feline that was named in honor of his cheeks, has stolen everyone’s hearts with his tender personality.
McCheeks joined the organization and one of the members named Diana Barber met him and immediately reported his arrival to her co-worker Samantha Bell, who has a great love for homeless felines.
Samantha told Love Meow:
When I walked to his cage, he was meowing sweetly and rubbing the bars.

When Samantha opened the cage, McCheeks immediately snuggled close to her face and began her little purrs.
Samantha said:
He wasn’t just a pretty face; he was also extremely loving.
The look of the adorable cat radiated a lot of happiness, he is very friendly, confident, carefree, and above all sweet.
Samantha said:
When you pick him up, he melts in your arms and embraces you back.
McCheeks quickly adapted to the shelter and did everything he could to get everyone’s attention, when the other cats were being fed, he would cry and if no one was paying attention, he would meow until someone did.
Samantha said:
If you have a treat in your hand, he will get that treat.
The organization posted on its Facebook page:
… We really should consider changing his name to McLovin because he has so much love to give.
He loves spending time with his human friends and makes sure everyone gets a lot of love.
The best part of his story is that fortunately not only his rescuers noticed something special in McCheeks, at the end of June he managed to find a forever home, according to the organization, where he is surely safe and very happy.
