An adult cat named Quinn has become the adoptive father of an abandoned kitten who desperately needs help.
Earlier this month, one of Amy’s neighbors contacted her about an orange kitten who was in urgent need of help. As she has been involved in rescuing cats before, the neighbors spread the word and they come to see her, so when the neighbor saw the feline in distress, he knew Amy would help.
The kitten named Kurt was taken to Amy’s house, where he received the necessary care. She gave him warmth and fed him.
Amy told Love Meow:
“I warmed him up with a heating pad and gave him a bottle.”
Since Amy had to leave town, Melissa, a friend of hers, offered to take care of Kurt. And what they never imagined was that the kitten would find someone special and loving in Melissa who would take care of him as if he were his own.

Melissa said:
“When we brought him, he was only seven ounces. His ears weren’t quite erect and he was really dehydrated. He was completely dependent on us for everything. The next morning, after taking formula for kitten, she started to look and act much better.”
Melissa’s cat, Quinn, immediately wanted to meet the newcomer as soon as he noticed her presence. Kurt, for his part, was also happy to meet another cat, so the family carefully introduced them.
Melissa said:
“Quinn started sensing Kurt and circling his transporter. Eventually he started protecting the transporter by sitting in front of it.”
Quinn was so interested in the kitten that he even tried to move the carrier with his little paw.
Melissa added:
“When we took Kurt out, Quinn sat down next to him and gave him a bath. Kurt immediately snuggled up to Quinn.”
Every moment Quinn was already showering little Kurt with love, hugging him. His family found them snuggled up like father and son, and the kitten was sleeping soundly.
It seems that Quinn has always been interested in the rescue kittens that Melissa brings home and always tries to take care of them.
She said:
“He always meows at us non-stop until we let him in to see the kittens. From then on, he takes care of them. He stands by their box, bathes them and sits next to them. them to keep them warm.”
Since Quinn met Kurt, she took care of his education, his toilet and always watches his movements and protects him. Kurt, for his part, feels very safe around Quinn.
Kurt searches the bedroom for Quinn, and when he can’t find him, he meows to Melissa for help. There is no doubt that these felines have an incredible bond.
Melissa finally said:
“They are very different in size and age, but they hang out together most of the day.”
