“Snow” is a nine-month-old Siberian Husky dog who lived happily and calmly with his owner in Florida, USA. But all that peace was destroyed when he fell victim to a criminal gang who kidnapped dogs in the city.
According to Sergeant Grisell Fernández, Snow’s disappearance was serious and therefore needed to be investigated. But tracking him down was not easy. “It got personal. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack,” he told The Dodo.
However, after a long period of hard work and trying to follow all possible leads, Fernández managed to find the dog. “Snow was located exactly 2 months after being robbed. He’s safe and back home! The investigation is still ongoing,” he said.
The most exciting part of this whole process was when Snow finally got to meet her landlady, who was captured by the Miami-Dade Police Department. In it you can see how the dog feels the presence of his mistress, so he rushes towards her, hugging her and showering her with hugs.
It didn’t seem like any of them could believe that after so long they were together again and would be happy together at home again. This emotional moment seems to have been the best reward for all Grisell’s hard work.
“I felt super happy. I still don’t believe it, but I’m so glad my perseverance paid off,” he said. While the police department said, “The dog’s kisses say it all.”
They also mentioned that the details of the alleged dog abduction case and everything that needed to be done to find her would not be delivered yet, since the investigation is not yet complete.
