Adorable dog who’s been in an animal shelter since she was a baby, works as a delivery girl to help her furry siblings
In Mexico City, a sweet dog who works as a vegan food delivery girl to help her colleagues at the animal shelter she belongs to, has stolen the hearts of all people and netizens who know her story on different social networks.
Any is a dog belonging to the Garritas Guerreras animal shelter, which became famous for distributing food in the streets of its city, with the sole purpose of raising funds.
Just like a delivery person in any app, Any is equipped with her “Doggie Eats” backpack, where she delivers “Amvorguesas” (Vegan Burgers).
This dog works as a delivery girl to help other animals
Mexico has always been considered one of the countries in Latin America with the highest rate of homeless dogs, and this figure has increased with the pandemic. Given this, shelters are looking for ways to help these animals, either by rescuing them or finding forever homes.
Unfortunately, the effort provided by the shelters has not been sufficient and they have less and less economic income to help the hairy ones.
Garritas Guerreras is one of those affected, but luckily Any belongs to this shelter and is willing to work to help her brothers. It’s all part of the 160 animals that are housed at the shelter, but for lack of support, the administration of the place had to create strategies.
For this reason, the shelter has dedicated itself to selling vegan foods such as burgers, along with fries and flavored water, to raise enough funds.
With the sale of their products they intend to support the animals of the shelter, and the best thing is that the delivery is special for all buyers. Any has always been a friendly, hardworking and supportive dog, which is why she is now responsible for delivering orders using her luggage.
The adorable delivery dog always goes out with her handler, but she knows her responsibility is that the order arrives on time.
Shelter staff commented in a Facebook post:
Friends, the delivery girl is already… After the daily kibble, she takes the caste for the 160 hairy people in the shelter… We have vegan amvorguesas, crisps and beetroot water with lemon…. Support local business.
The dog even posed for the cameras showing off her noble work, and the footage of Any quickly went viral on social media.
Sweet Any has become so popular on the internet that she already has an Instagram account where she has thousands of followers from all over the world.
People were so captivated by the pup that they decided to support his shelter to help his furry siblings. In addition to delivering orders, Any also supports a shelter campaign that was created to raise funds to buy two tons of kibble.
The shelter commented:
Friends, we have the possibility of buying kibble at a low price for our 160 furry ones at the shelter, they weigh almost two tons, the Kg costs $10.50 for dog kibble and $3.50 per Kg for cats. .
Garritas Guerreras has been operating for more than 12 years, but this is the first time they have been affected financially, fortunately they have the charisma of Any.
Any has been at the shelter since she was a baby and seems to think her job is the best way to say thank you.
Thanks to her role as a delivery girl, all her siblings receive the supplies they need to have a better quality of life. It only remains to thank the charismatic Any, for delivering the orders with joy, but, above all, for helping the animals in her shelter.
