Just a few weeks ago, Duck, a cute kitten, became famous on social media after the humans in her family created her an Instagram account where they explained t that she was a “dinocat”.
And it’s that Duck doesn’t have the two front legs and that forced her to walk almost upright, like a tyrannosaurus; these are the same physical characteristics that inspired its name, which in French means “duck”.
Adorable two-legged kitten walks into her forever home
Duck’s owner told Love Meow:
“She was brought to my sister’s clinic…Luckily they have an amazing surgeon who wanted to save her and performed a double amputation. We think maybe (she was trying) to stay warm in the engine compartment of ‘a car.”
The kitten persisted through surgery like a champ. When she was well enough, they wanted to place her in foster care so she could continue to recover in the comfort of a loving home.
She adds :
“I took her in (as a foster family) and she adapted easily to her new life. It didn’t take long for her to acclimatize and start walking around the house on her own.”
In the 6-month-old hairy influencer’s first video, she is seen playing with an adult golden retriever dog who patiently lets her lick his whiskers and suck his nose, which in cats is probably a sign of love. . This clip went viral and from there, Duck’s fame only grew.
In the Instagram account, which now has more than 435,000 followers, other photos and videos of Duck have been posted with a trio of dogs who are part of his family.
In the kitten’s Instagram posts, you can see that she is healthy and unstoppable when it comes to having fun, growing and learning new things; in some he is seen playing with a ball, in others he is running, and in others he is simply resting.
Fortunately, Duck has found a loving family willing to provide her with a home and the care she needs, because despite the fact that she does not have a medical condition, many people might have preferred not to take care of her.
