An adorable puppy named Leo has disappeared from his home in Turkey. Her family was devastated and spent days and hours searching for any sign of her beloved furry companion, but sadly they couldn’t find any clues as to her whereabouts.
While Sertaç Araç was working in a village 100 km from the family home, he saw a stray dog that looked a lot like Leo, his parents’ missing dog, which left the young man doubtful.
The scruffy dog sat outside a cafe, looking desperate to have lived on the streets. Although unlikely given the distance, he admitted there was a chance it was his dog.
Arac told The Dodo:
“I took a picture and sent it to my mum and dad. I was in doubt.”

Given the remote possibility that it was his pup, Araç’s parents attended. When they got there, Leo saw his family and was overjoyed to be found after so long.
Arac said:
“When Leo saw us, he was very happy and we were very happy.”
The story certainly has a happy ending, and it’s also full of hope. Around the time Leo disappeared, the other two dogs owned by Araç’s parents also disappeared; they think a local dog hunter may be behind it all.
The family does not lose hope that their other dogs will be found one day.
Despite the angst and worry, Leo is back with his family and enjoying the love of everyone in his home. The story of Leo and his family is always very inspiring.
Finally, Arac said:
“We are very happy that Leo is home. I will carefully search all the sites I visit in the hope of finding [the other two dogs]. My father and mother will continue to search for them as long as they can. , because they see them as their children and they love them.”
