A TikTok user shared a story on social media in which he talked about the unsuccessful purchase of a dog. He thought an American Bully puppy was going to live in his house. The truth, however, turned out to be completely different, and although he now jokes with thousands of Internet users, at first he was not laughing at all. He would never have expected the breeder to deceive him like this.
An American, using the pseudonym infared_savage, wanted to add a four-legged friend to his family. He had in mind puppies belonging to the relatively young American Bully breed, a variety created by crossing pit bulls and American or English bulldogs. To implement his plan, he arranged a meeting with a local rancher.
He was sure he bought a dog
A man interested in buying a purebred puppy had the opportunity to meet his future ward during a first meeting with the owner of the breeding. Even then, he noticed that the animal was different from typical representatives of the breed. The doubts of a resident of Louisiana about the appearance of the puppy were dispelled by the breeder himself. He assured her that in the next few days the animal would begin to look like its relatives.

The inexperienced keeper had no choice but to take him at his word. TikToker has decided that his new pet will be called Nina.
Another aspect that made him suspicious was the puppy’s disobedience and lack of affection. The animal did not respond to its name at all. This happened with every command he gave her.

The situation came to a head when, while they were playing together, the animal bit its keeper and laughed. The man was then already convinced that the animal he had bought from the breeder was definitely not the dog of his dreams. A dishonest breeder gave him a hyena instead of a pet. The buyer of a wild animal did not know whether to cry or laugh, as he usually does.
“The moral of this story is to beware of dishonest breeders,” he says after the story.
Unfortunately, it is not known how the fate of the “domesticated” hyena unfolded. In the comments under the TikTok outlining their story, netizens wonder if the man held the dishonest breeder responsible or gave the hyena to a special agency.

However, under TikTok you can find many comments in which network users joke about the naivety of the man. The similarity of the animal with one of the black heroes of the fairy tale “The Lion King” also did not escape them.
