A cat named Tails was seen wandering through a neighborhood in Brisbane, Australia, looking for food and shelter. Unfortunately, her previous family had moved away and she was left to fend for herself on the streets.
Tails braved the cold and hunger day after day and struggled to survive the dangers of life in the outdoors, until a kind-hearted person stepped in to help her and make sure she didn’t pass. not another day living on the street.
According to Love Meow, the local rescue centre, Best Friends Felines, was contacted in hopes of giving the kitten a chance at a better life, with a roof over her head, a warm bed and food in the house.
A pregnant cat is welcomed by kind people
Tails had a huge belly and after a visit to a veterinary clinic, it was confirmed that she was pregnant and due in a few days. His rescuer was relieved to learn that not only was Tails safe now, but that his kittens wouldn’t have to be born on the streets.
The sweet cat was purring like she knew she was in good hands and that everything would be fine now.

Tails was abandoned by her previous owners who moved out and left her homeless, living alone in the cold winter without food or shelter. She was rescued by one of our dear longtime supporters, who took her to the vet and then transported her to the shelter of one of our BFF foster homes.
Tails looked happy in his comfortable and spacious bedroom and checked out all the nesting places that were available to him. The cat enjoyed the food trying to make up for the times she must have been hungry and, already satisfied, she curled up comfortably in a warm bed to get some sleep.
That night, the mom-to-be slept soundly, knowing she and her babies were safe.
As the days passed, Tails became a sweet and cuddly girl. She sought out every ray of sunshine that entered the room and stepped back to enjoy the warmth of the window in complete relaxation.

She loves hugging and purring as she basks in the warm morning sun. Her belly was growing day by day and it was difficult for her to get into a comfortable position.
As the babies were due, Tails spent time putting away their sheets, preparing the perfect bed for the big day. After that, in silence, the feline gave birth to a beautiful and healthy litter of kittens.

They arrived early Sunday morning. Her foster family came to see her at 3 am. and there was no sign of action. They went to bed and woke up at 7am. with three adorable little surprises.
Tails devoted himself completely to his duties as a mom and stayed with his babies all the time. The new mom lets you hear her happy purrs as her kittens suckle comfortably on her belly.
