The sick animal was taken under the wing of an organization in New York that helps homeless animals, Puppy Kitty. The leader of the group, Meagan Licari, did not hide her anxiety when she saw Papaya. She believed that the cat had little chance of survival because its body was badly damaged. However, that hasn’t stopped the organization from fighting for the animal’s health.
