It happens that even a caring family that has taken care of their animals until now decides to abandon them. This was the case of two dogs who went under the wing of the Animal Rescue League in the state of Iwoa. The situation in their home has changed enough for the owners to decide that it will be for the best. The dogs, despite the drastic change in life, decided to hold on to what was left of them.
They supported each other through the worst time of their lives
Accustomed to contact with their beloved people, the dogs were shocked after finding themselves in a strange place full of other animals. Luckily, both hit in the same place, in the same box.
The only thing left to them is mutual friendship. As soon as they arrived at the shelter, the dogs did not take a step. They spent most of their time kissing. They seemed to want to become one organism.
The most touching sight was a small dog lying on the back of a bigger one. This spectacle is now part of the daily life of the employees of the Animal Rescue League. The animals seemed to support each other.
Despite their abandonment, they remained confident and obedient
The dog duo did it all together. To the surprise of the shelter staff, even on walks they did not wander far from each other. Despite the large size difference, together they established a comfortable rhythm for both animals.
In addition, during a trip outside the shelter, it turned out that the dogs, even in the car, sit down so that they can observe each other all the time.
There is no doubt that they have a special bond. However, this does not prevent them from getting along well with other animals – dogs and cats.
It was obvious that this couple of dogs had to be adopted into a single household
It quickly turned out that the dogs are healthy and obedient. Therefore, the search for an adoptive home began. However, there was an important condition – the animals must find a home where there is room for a small and a large dog.
Their story ended well. People who wanted to adopt the two dogs came to the Animal Rescue League. They aren’t the only pets in their new home – there were already two dogs and three pigs in the family. Now new owners can boast of having a fairly large herd of pets.
