The owner neglected the dog to the extreme

The matted fur weighed almost one and a half kilograms. Unfortunately, this is not the end of the health problems of the found dog.

Unfortunately, he suffers from eczema, which certainly causes great pain. Veterinarians, looking at the condition in which the dog arrived, assume that he must have suffered a lot in his life.
The shelter is looking for the abuser
After the tests, the shelter assumed that the dog must have been used several times for breeding purposes. The irresponsible owner treated the bitch as an investment in his life and when she was no longer useful, he decided to get rid of her.
Given her condition, it is assumed that she comes from a pseudo-breeder, she gave birth to many puppies, “on her knees, without a pedigree” – the shelter employees wrote in their post.
The shelter has put out an appeal on its profile. They hope that someone will recognize the dog and help them find the perpetrator of her long-term neglect. The owner faces a sentence of 3 months to 5 years in prison for mistreating an animal.
