Finishing feeding her parrots, Michelle Hennessey left her car door open and found an adorable stowaway on her return. While she was cleaning the containers of water and food for the birds, she was distracted by the certainty that there was no one else nearby and she failed to notice the presence of the best company that was waiting for him in his car.
Michelle got into her car after finishing her work with the birds and was about to leave when she noticed she had left a container on the grass. So she got out of the vehicle and opened the back door to put him in the car when she saw a dog sitting comfortably in the back seat.
The woman immediately recognized her stowaway as Molly, the adorable pit bull who lives with her family at the back of the property.
Michelle told The Dodo:
“The way he looked at me and wagged his tail was hilarious.”
A woman finds an unexpected passenger in her car
She posted the photo to the Dogspotting Society Facebook group and said:
“I left my car door open. It’s not my dog.”
Molly is really sweet and her family loves and spoils her all the time, but the pit bull has created a special bond with Michelle; She is a very sweet and curious girl.
The woman says:
“[She] sometimes comes running to say hello when she hears me talking to my parrots. She must have seen the door open and decided she wanted to go for a walk.”
But this isn’t the first time Molly has slipped away to spend some time with Michelle, the handsome pit bull knows the woman is an avid animal lover and her visits will always be welcome, she’s happy to greet her friend .
Michele added:
“He seems to like me a lot and has been in my car several times. She always asks for a tummy massage when she sees me.”
That day in the car, Molly knew she had been caught up in a sweet prank, although she was somewhat embarrassed, she kept wagging her tail happily, as soon as Molly got out of the car, Michelle promised him a next visit.
