The first thing that caught his eye was a ball of light, dirty fur. It wasn’t until she got closer that she realized it was probably a stray dog hiding from the heat. Seeing his gaze, she had no doubt that the animal wanted nothing more than not to be taken care of.
When she saw his pleading look, she knew she had to help him
The woman was well aware that the heat was definitely making life miserable for the dog. She knew she had to act immediately. Therefore, she decided to notify a special organization that was supposed to help her catch the dog and take care of it if its owner was not found. After a while, rescuers appeared on the spot and started trying to catch the dog.
It turned out that the employees of Logan’s Legacy had no easy task at all. The animal was afraid of people. They had no doubt that if not for the good heart of the woman, the dog could have suffered serious health problems.
– He really needed help, but he wasn’t going to see anyone. He would run away. Then he would return to the same spot behind the building, which he said was shady and safe.
Fortunately, after many attempts, they managed to trap the animal in a humane trap, where they lured it with treats. All that remained was to transport him to the establishment. However, no one expected what would happen while driving the car.
The dog finally felt safe
The rescuer was heading towards the center and the dog, named Mulligan, was sitting in a cage in the back of the vehicle. After a while, his attention was caught by strange sounds coming from there. When she looked around, everything became clear.
– I have never seen a dog fall asleep so quickly and so hard. He knew he was safe, the woman had no doubts.
Fortunately, after reaching the place and the examinations, it turned out that the dog was not in bad condition. Above all, he did not wait long to find loving caregivers. Now he’s living his best life in his new home, where he’ll never have to hide from the heat again. He has everything he deserves.
