The story of Mohamed, also known as Momo, is the story of a love beyond death. It was a homeless man, who lived at the Ampère station in Lyon
It is said that he panicked and despair took hold of his being, after learning that his dear and faithful four-legged friend, Guizmo, had disappeared. Deep sorrow caused the death of Mohamed. However, the animal mysteriously returned the day after his death at the train station. He was alive.
Nowadays there is a commemorative plaque in the same station in memory of Momo, and the dog comes every day without missing the visit. And that’s it, it is proven that there is nothing in the world and no one more faithful than a dog. They only know how to convey love and companionship.
It was ten years of happiness shared between the two. For a decade, they accompanied each other in the streets of Lyon. Sadly, one fateful and unfortunate day, the little dog evaporated, disappeared without a trace, leaving Momo totally broken, who was rolled to death on the railroad tracks.
So far, it is not known for sure how the events happened. The truth is, the loving dog seemed unharmed and today he is visiting the memorial of his former keeper.
It was there, at the Ampère station in Lyon, in the metro de France, that Mohamed and Guizmo met and became inseparable for almost a lifetime of adventures and shared dreams.
“It was impossible for them to separate. His dog was everything: his father, his best friend, his son, ”Hachaane, a person very close to Momo, told Actu Lyon.
