Cat abandoned on bus was adopted by driver who found him
In general, it is usually in the streets, highways or landfills, but the truth is that it can be any other, including public transport.
This is how it happened on a TransMilenio bus in the city of Bogotá (Colombia), where a cat was found in the middle of the journey and without its owner inside its carrier.
The news was posted by the same company on social media with an image of the cat, but before making any accusations they wanted to make sure it was not a case of premeditated abandonment.
The cat had food, so they checked on its health and tried to find its family, also considering the case of being lost. “If anyone recognizes him or wants to adopt him, please send us a message,” TransMilenio said on Twitter. However, the owner could not be located.
“We compared 11 photographs that came in, but their nose patches didn’t match,” the company reported on the social media, but that was no reason to be sad.
It turns out that his house was closer than we imagined, since Esteban Estupiñán, driver of the same bus, decided to receive him with open arms and welcome him into his family. So he had to wait until the end of his shift to take him home!
A gesture that TransMilenio appreciated as well as the users who praised it. “Paradise has been won.
