Generally, dogs of this breed usually weigh between 13 and 18 pounds, but little Nessa weighs only 7. Her appearance and weight are not the result of a genetic mutation or anything like that, in fact, this fluffy is really only the smallest from its litter.
Nessa’s brothers are normal sized dogs, but being small does not mean that Nessa has any special condition or anything wrong, she is a fairly healthy and very happy dog who is perfectly developed for her age.
