Curious and mischievous cat is caught by fans in the middle of a game at a Miami stadium after falling from the next level

While enjoying a game between the University of Miami and Appalachian State at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, USA, Craig Cromer and his wife Kimberly used a flag to stop the fall of a mischievous kitten that was apparently trapped in the upper level of the stadium.

The scene was recorded by a cell phone camera where the moment can be seen when the cat lost its grip and fell straight towards onlookers after one of its paws was caught.

The crowd in the stadium were completely shocked and everyone was shocked not to know if the cat had succeeded. Eventually, a student supported him so that those who frequented the place would know that he had survived.

The cat is saved by the fans

The cat first grabbed the railing with two of its paws, but eventually lost its grip on one and fell to the lower deck. After this moment of uncertainty, the feline was displayed to the crowd in “The Lion King” style and won a round of applause from those in attendance.

Craig is the facility manager at the University of Miami, and he usually has season tickets to the stadium and often hangs an American flag on the railings.

The man told Metro UK:

They were trying to grab him from above and couldn’t reach him, but they scared him. He stood there for a while with his two front paws, then one paw, and then I thought, โ€œOh my God, he’s going to fall soon.

Miami team coach Manny Diaz said he learned of the incident with the cat after the game was over. Hurricanes edged the Appalachians with a score of 25-23.

The coach added:

I don’t know anything about it or what was going on. But I will tell you that if the cat helps us in our attack in the red zone, I will see if we can give him a scholarship.

Fortunately, the cat showed no signs of injury from the fall, and a security guard took him in to deal with it. On Twitter, Hard Rock Stadium wrote that they donated to Humane Society Miami in honor of the cat, encouraging fans to follow suit.

The Cromers were also in pristine condition and other than spilling their drinks at the time, that was just another anecdote.

Ms Cromer said:

It’s the strangest thing that has ever happened in a game.
